SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

All Myssac orders are carefully prepared and usually dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping to Portugal

Shipping is free within Portugal. After dispatch, delivery usually takes between 1 and 3 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service.

International Shipping

We ship to the countries available at checkout. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout and vary according to the destination country.

The estimated delivery time for international orders is between 5 and 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to the shipping carrier, customs procedures or other circumstances beyond Myssac’s control.

Order Tracking

When the selected shipping method includes tracking, the customer will receive the necessary tracking information by email.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is complete and correct. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, additional shipping costs may apply before the order is sent again.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, taxes or local charges. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
